Curriculum Committee
The Curriculum Committee items contain the curriculum agenda for the May 6th meeting of the SAS faculty. The Excel documents summarize information for all courses (new and changed) and all majors, minors, or certificates (new and changed); the zipped folders contain all supporting documents for these respective lists.

Opening SEBS minor in Science Outreach to SAS students
The CRC is the only curriculum committee that reports to the SAS Executive Dean that has members from other schools in New Brunswick. The CRC, therefore, has been assigned the responsibility of reviewing majors and minors proposed by other New Brunswick schools for SAS students.
The CRC is recommending that the SEBS Science Outreach minor be opened to SAS students.

Courses to be dropped from the Core Curriculum after consultation with departments regarding frequency of offering
One of the revisions to the Core Curriculum approved by the SAS and Affiliate Faculty in May 2018 was a requirement that certified courses be offered at least every other year, on a predictable schedule. The CRC surveyed all departments on their scheduling plans for Core certified courses in Spring 2019. A number of departments were uncertain about their plans for particular courses at that time. The CRC re-surveyed those departments this semester. The following spreadsheet lists the courses that departments have agreed to have retired from the Core Curriculum:
