The SAS Office of Teaching and Learning supports teaching, curricular development, and assessment across the School of Arts and Sciences. 

The work we do:

• We provide sustained, outcome-driven support for teaching in SAS.
• We tackle specific problems of practice facing disciplines, departments, courses, instructional teams, or instructors.
• We bring instructors together across disciplines and divisions in SAS and network them to the other supports available at Rutgers.
• We bridge the gap between research and practice, across pedagogy, assessment, instructional design, and organizational development.
• We connect instructors, department leadership, and school leadership.
